Dr. Paul Valentino, DC
Chiropractor
I am Dr. Paul Valentino, dedicated to restoring nervous system health and function to individuals in my community. I have been adjusted my whole life by my father Dr. Deken Smith, and I started to learn the art and craft of adjusting from Dr. Smith at the age of 13; that is when I knew I wanted to become a doctor of chiropractic.
Growing up, I would attend seminars, health talks, and was even on the field for sporting events where my dad was the team doctor. At the age of 15, I attended relicensing seminars with my dad and adjusted some of the top chiropractors in California. This is where they complimented me for my adjusting skills and said, even though I had a long way to go yet with school and licensing, that they wanted to hire me on the spot to adjust in their offices.
My mission is to empower and educate others about the body’s innate intelligence and remarkable capacity to heal from within, free from reliance on external interventions like pills, medications, or surgeries. Inspired by Thomas Edison’s vision—'The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease'—I strive to promote holistic wellness and to teach the difference between sick-care and health-care.
As a Cum Laude graduate of Life College of Chiropractic West and former president of the campus Diversified Technique Club; I am committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based chiropractic care. I was recognized and received awards for my clinical experience through my residency and clinical rounds. My experiences, include a mission trip to Mexico City where I adjusted and helped restore 257 individuals' nervous systems in three days, continue to fuel my passion for serving and uplifting communities through advanced chiropractic corrective care.
I am excited to start my journey in this profession with my father Dr. Deken Smith and my mother Alicia Smith. Delivering 1 adjustment at a time, 1 family at a time.
